A 2-year-old boy is brought to the emergency room by his mother. She tells you that her boy has been crying since she picked him up yesterday form the daycare. She thinks that he has abdominal pain. He vomited twice and he didn’t want to eat breakfast. There is no history of fever, rashes or any prior illnesses. On examination, there is a diffuse abdominal tenderness.
