A 35 year old male come with hematemesis and epigastric pain. On history it was found that patient smokes 8 packs of cigarette in one day for the last 5 years. Patient vital parameters are BP 80/50, P 120/min. Emergency endoscopy was done which revealed bleeding duodenal ulcer and biopsy was taken for H. Pylori.
