A 6 month old boy. Had runny nose for 3 days. Cough for one day and today is coming in with restless breathing. He has been vomiting intermittently for 2 days and fed poorly today. His temp 37.4. Pulse 160. Respiratory rate 70. He has wheezy chest and retraction and inspiratory tug. NEXT

B- RSV immunofloruscence.
