This is the photograph of a 17-year-old girl. The swelling visible in her neck has been present for several months, is painless and is slowly increasing in size. She has not noticed any voice changes, nor has she experienced any difficulty in swallowing or breathing. The lump is not attached to the overlying skin and moves on swallowing. Which one of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
